(The following items must be provided to artist free of charge)
Accommodations:
1 x Suite or superior double room (if suite not available) in a 5 star or boutique hotel for the artist, + rooms in the same hotel for crew, booked for 2 nights. The hotel should be close to the venue.
Late check out, Breakfast, High speed internet connection in hotelroom all pre-ordered and paid.
Reservation to be under ‘’Blichfeldt’’ or ‘’Barney Blichfeldt’’
Transportation:
Artist pickup at destination Airport must be in time with a “BLICHFELDT” sign at passengers meeting point or arrival gate.
All car journeys must be a first-class Taxi, Limousine Service, Driver or Uber and prepaid. There should be no other people inside the car besides the driver, the artist, the tour manager and the promoter.
Ground transportation includes:
1. Pick-up at airport and drop-off at hotel
2. Pick-up at hotel and drop-off at venue for sound check*
3.Pick-up at the venue after sound check* and drop-off at Hotel
*if sound check and performance are more than 3h apart
4. Pick-up at hotel and drop-off at venue for performance
5. Pick-up at the venue after performance and drop-off at the Hotel
6. Pick-up at the hotel after check-out and drop-off at the Airport on time
Food & Beverage:
1 hot meal (or buyout 80$ p.p) to be provided for the Artist and crew. Food should be of top quality, please find allergy & dietary requirements attached if relevant. An exciting restaurant with focus on local produce is preferred.
A selection of soft drinks (coke zero), energy drinks, and bottled water available in the hotel room upon arrival. All kept cool
A selection of good quality wine & beer prepared backstage together with 2 bottles of premium vodka + mixers. Plus an adequate amount of glasses and ice cubes.
A Selection of fresh fruits, nuts, cheese & charcuterie together with soft drinks (coke zero) and water available backstage and kept cool. No peanuts or crackers.
